Overview

The role involves ensuring customer success and supporting growth beyond planned targets within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include retaining and renewing existing business, developing relationships, identifying training needs, and spotting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to refer to the regional sales representative. The position focuses on optimising clients\\\’ utilisation of our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional relationship management and client support
  • Retain and nurture the assigned book of business and identify growth opportunities
  • Meet assigned targets for sales renewals
  • Create and maintain accurate records of training provided to clients
  • Identify client training requirements
  • Ensure that decision makers receive quarterly touchpoints
  • Update all opportunities in CRM on a weekly basis and support pipeline growth objectives
  • Ensure that end users are effectively onboarded within 3 months of subscription
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
  • Be proactive and empathetic in addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and opportunities
  • Be adaptable and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Be results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth
