In this role you will lead the Talent and Capability COE for the RX business, aligning talent solutions with divisional priorities to boost capability and performance. You’ll function as the Head Talent Partner to RX and its HR leadership, integrating development initiatives with business goals. You’ll shape leadership programs, build a strong talent pipeline, and drive a high-performance culture. You will work with cross-functional partners to deliver high-value, scalable talent strategies. This is an opportunity to influence people practices at scale within a global, evidence-driven organization.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement Talent and Capability approaches aligned to RX objectives
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and articulate RX’s business drivers
- Advocate and implement RELX leadership and development programs within RX to elevate manager capability and culture
- Represent RX needs in RELX-wide T C discussions ensuring outcomes are high-value and well communicated
- Promote a culture of continuous growth using data to monitor talent initiatives’ quality and impact
- Coordinate RELX Talent Review with leaders to identify critical roles and succession pipelines
- Support strategies to address readiness gaps and foster purposeful careers with leaders
- Drive feedback and recognition to improve business outcomes and employee experience
- Coordinate with global HR to ensure integrated approaches for employees and leaders
- Manage divisional training plan and budget, monitoring spend on non-T C training
- Identify opportunities to automate low-value administrative tasks (Tier 0/1)
