Overview
As Head of ANZ Sales, you will shape the strategy and performance of the ANZ sales function for Lexis Nexis’ Legal AI solutions.
You’ll lead Relationship Managers and New Business Development teams to grow revenue, retain customers and expand across existing and new opportunities, while accelerating adoption of Lexis+ AI and Protege.
You’ll work with cross‑functional partners to ensure customers realise value from content, technology and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy and performance across relationship management, retention and new business development.
- Drive customer retention, renewals, expansion and acquisition outcomes.
- Coach, develop and enable a high-performing sales team.
- Build executive-level customer relationships and support complex commercial engagements.
- Champion AI-powered legal technology solutions and help customers navigate evolving legal workflows.
- Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, CRM adoption and performance reporting.
- Key requirements
- Proven experience leading sales, account management or customer growth teams.
- Strong track record of revenue growth, retention and expansion.
- Experience in Saa S, Technology, Legal Tech, Information Services or Professional Services environments.
- Strong coaching and leadership capability with experience building successful teams.
- Executive stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using forecasting, pipeline management and sales analytics to drive results.
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies with ability to translate technology into customer value.
- Experience with legal technology, legal research platforms, legal workflow software or AI-enabled solutions (highly regarded).
