You will collaborate with global teams to translate innovative ideas into practical strategies that enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability in content operations.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, assess, and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation to streamline editorial, metadata, and content operations workflows across global operations teamsSupport the development and execution of the GFP AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demandsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunities and execute AI and automation content optimization from ideation to global deploymentReview proposed approaches and designs to ensure alignment with organizational standards, governance, and quality expectationsOversee the integration of AI and automation solutions for global deploymentCreate progress reports and communicate updates and outcomes to internal teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders using data-driven insightsStay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and automation with a global focusDrive continuous improvement by documenting processes, sharing lessons learned, and promoting responsible AI usageRequirementsExperience in editorial content operations (legal publishing), project management, or product developmentExtensive experience across legal forms and precedents content in at least one global regionExperience utilizing AI and automation for content optimizationProven ability to work independently and collaboratively, leading global cross-functional projects across multiple time zonesDemonstrated track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budgetProficiency in AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning applicationsStrong data analysis skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholdersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and present at both detailed and executive levelsWork in a Way That Works for YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
