Overview
As a Conference Project Executive, you will manage end-to-end delivery of scientific conferences, ensuring high-quality execution. You will collaborate with conference chairs, speakers, suppliers, and internal teams, coordinating multiple projects within budgets and timelines. You’ll drive exceptional attendee experiences and lead the conference team through the delivery process. This role offers exposure to globally relevant scientific events within a values‑driven organization that supports science and healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Organise end‑to‑end logistics for up to 5 conferences
- Lead the conference team to deliver on time and within budget
- Coordinate multiple projects and make timely decisions
- Manage event budgets and supplier relationships
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Travel onsite to deliver the event and be the primary contact
- Produce final reports, accounts, and wrap ups for each event

- Strong communication and delegation skills
- Discretion and initiative to achieve objectives
- Diplomatic handling of difficult customers
- Excellent written English and strong writing skills
- Prioritisation and management of competing demands
- Commercial awareness, negotiation, and relationship management
- Experience in conference/exhibition environments, including event budget management
- Basic IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe) preferred
