Overview
In this role you partner with senior legal stakeholders to drive adoption of Protégé in top accounts and translate workflow priorities into AI-enabled solutions. You will engage lawyer-to-lawyer, build trusted relationships with practice leaders, and deliver persuasive demos to secure endorsement for Protégé adoption. Working with pre- and post-sales teams, you will help shape engagement strategies and capture insights to inform product and strategy. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the role offers flexible work arrangements and a clear opportunity to influence AI adoption in leading law firms.

Responsibilities
- Drive Protégé adoption in top accounts through lawyer-to-lawyer engagement with senior legal stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with practice leaders and translate workflow priorities into practical AI-enabled solutions
- Deliver high-impact demos/presentations demonstrating impact on legal work
- Partner with Relationship Managers/Directors on pursuit strategies to create new business opportunities
- Capture customer insights in CRM and feed learnings back to shape engagement and recommendations
Key requirements
- Legally trained professional (lawyer background required)
- 5 years’ experience as a practicing lawyer preferred
- Pre-sales and post-sales background
- AI fluency
- Executive presence; ability to engage firm leadership and deliver persuasive presentations/demos
