Overview

In this Lead Product Manager role you shape the strategy and future direction of the Credit and Investigations portfolios. You collaborate with Product, Technology, Data Science and Operations to translate opportunities into roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You will advance an AI-enabled product vision, leveraging data science and automation to improve customer value. You lead and develop product managers while influencing senior stakeholders to align investments with growth and risk criteria.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the strategy, vision and roadmap for your portfolio
  • Identify and validate opportunities for growth and portfolio development
  • Shape the portfolio’s evolution for an AI-enabled future using data science and automation
  • Translate customer, market, regulatory and business needs into clear priorities and investment choices
  • Build compelling business cases and articulate customer and commercial value of product investments
  • Turn strategy into delivery through close partnership with Technology, Data Science, Operations and customer-facing teams
  • Define meaningful measures of success and use evidence to inform decisions and future priorities
  • Influence senior stakeholders and build alignment around direction, trade-offs and investment

Key requirements

  • Significant Product Management experience including ownership and delivery of product or portfolio strategy
  • Strategic mindset connecting customer problems, market changes, technology and opportunities
  • Experience turning complex opportunities into clear priorities and roadmaps
  • Strong commercial judgement and experience contributing to business cases or investment decisions
  • Experience working with data, analytics, Data Science, predictive modelling, automation or AI-enabled products
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
  • Experience partnering with Technology, Data Science or delivery teams to execute strategy
