As a Business Development Representative II, you will build on your foundational skills to support pipeline development efforts through both inbound engagement management and outbound prospecting. Conduct account research to develop personalized outreach strategies, leveraging Account-Based Marketing (ABM) insights to engage target personas effectively.
- Assist in executing outbound prospecting strategies, including email outreach, social media engagement, analysing buyer-intent signals, understanding account trends, and phone calls and/or emails, to generate interest and identify potential opportunities.
- Utilize account intelligence tools to source contact information and identify key buying team personas within target accounts.
- Collaborate with BDR peers, Sales, and Marketing leadership to optimize pipeline development processes and improve prospect engagement.
- Support event promotion and other marketing initiatives to drive attendance and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM - Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools, ensuring all interactions are documented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or customer-facing role.
- Fluency in English, French, and German (both spoken and written).
- Familiarity with Google Apps, LinkedIn, Salesforce, or other sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is preferred.
- Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and apply coaching to improve performance.
