The Role:
As Transport / Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing transport logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and collections
- Overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety
- Leading and coordinating crews for relocation and installation projects
- Managing client expectations and delivering exceptional service
- Handling profit and loss accountability, ensuring cost control and efficiency

About You:
We are seeking an ambitious individual with proven experience in:
- Office relocation or business moving
- Transport management, including route planning and crew allocation
- Managing operational staff, training, and performance management
- Overseeing warehouse processes and ensuring smooth stock control
- Client relationship management with excellent communication skills
- Must hold a Transport CPC to meet O License requirements
