We’re working with a forward-thinking and expanding removals business offering a range of services including office relocations, storage, IT rollouts, and sustainable disposal solutions. With big plans, they’re now looking for a removals-savvy Operations Manager to take the reins of their daily operation and help drive the next phase of growth.
The Role: As Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the business – managing teams, fleet, resources, and client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day removals operations (domestic, international or commercial)
- Managing crews, vehicle scheduling, route planning and resource allocation
- Ensuring full compliance with transport legislation and O Licence requirements
- Maintaining and improving warehouse efficiency and H&S compliance
- Working closely with clients to deliver a professional and seamless service
- Staff management including recruitment, training, and development
- Monitoring costs and supporting P&L management
This is a hands-on role with scope to step into a larger leadership position as the business expands.
You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in domestic, international or commercial removals
- Transport Manager CPC (essential for O Licence compliance)
