An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional with a background in relocation or global mobility to join a growing and dynamic organisation as a Move Advocate. This is a fully office-based role in Hertfordshire, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional relocation experience. As a Move Advocate, you will serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for employees and their families relocating for work. You’ll ensure a smooth, informed, and supportive journey from start to finish, working closely with internal teams to continually enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the single point of coordination for relocating employees and their families via phone and email * Provide expert guidance and consultation throughout the full relocation lifecycle * Help assignees navigate the complexities of settling into a new location with confidence * Represent our client\’s HR/mobility function and ensure seamless programme execution * Be trained and certified on relocation policies, benefits, and destination knowledge to deliver expert support Key Requirements: * Relocation or global mobility experience is essential * Strong background in customer service or account management * Experience within supplier-side relocation services or HR highly desirable * Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); other languages a plus * Comfortable learning and using bespoke systems or CRM platforms Personal Attributes: * Detail-oriented and highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently * Friendly, professional, and solutions-driven with a collaborative mindset * Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence * A team player who thrives on delivering quality and consistency in customer care This is an outstanding opportunity to join a people-focused organisation and play a key role in supporting globally mobile professionals and their families.
