This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of their operations — ideal for an experienced warehouse or operations manager who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You’ll take ownership of daily operational and warehouse activity, drive service excellence for major commercial clients, and act as deputy to the Head of Relocation Services — making this an excellent platform for someone with clear ambitions to step up.
The Role

- Manage storage, inventory, dispatch, and asset traceability to the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and diary management to meet fluctuating client demand across corporate accounts.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for key clients, ensuring service levels consistently exceed expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement in “white glove” service delivery — quality, flexibility, and client focus are non-negotiable.
- Use operational data and KPIs (utilisation, turnaround time, stock accuracy) to identify trends and lead improvements.
- Lead, coach, and develop your warehouse and operational team — building a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements across all warehouse and operational activity.
- Act as deputy to the Head of Relocation Services, providing cover and leadership support as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or operational management — ideally within removals, relocation, or a service-led environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and operational scheduling.
- A customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality service to major commercial clients.
- Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to use operational insight to drive efficiency and improve outcomes.
- Confident operating from shop floor to senior stakeholder level — you lead by example.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Counterbalance/Reach Truck licence is desirable but not essential.
What’s on Offer
- £32,000 base salary.
- A Glasgow-based, full-time permanent role within a respected and growing relocation business.
