What You'll Be Doing: This is a brilliantly varied junior role touching every corner of modern marketing:

  • Creative & Brand – design eye-catching digital, print and direct mail assets using Canva and Adobe, keeping the brand consistent across every touchpoint
  • Content Creation – write blogs to support SEO and thought leadership, produce and edit video, and craft engaging copy
  • Social Media – work with subject matter experts to create compelling posts, manage content calendars and grow online communities
  • Digital & Web – update websites via WordPress and Sitefinity, and run reports to measure campaign success
  • Email Marketing – execute targeted campaigns under the guidance of the Marketing Manager
  • Events & Partnerships – help plan events that drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Internal Comms & L&D – write company newsletters, update the intranet and create engaging training modules

You'll report directly to the Marketing Manager, with real mentorship and a clear path to develop.
