They are now looking for talented, energetic Move Management professionals to help grow their business whilst delivering high-quality customer service.

Their Move Managers provide essential support for their customers throughout the international moving process. This means working with their customers and partner network to deliver a great service, whilst managing the move profitability and supporting administration.

This is a REMOTE role, 100% working from home within the UK. A great plus! Not only that, but the opportunity to join at this stage of the organisations growth and development is a huge one for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end international relocation processes for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.

* Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout their move, maintaining a high level of customer service and communication.

* Coordinate with third-party service providers, including shipping, customs, and logistics partners.

* Ensure all relocations adhere to international compliance and regulatory requirements.

* Handle any challenges or issues that arise during the relocation process with a problem-solving mindset.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client moves.

* Work collaboratively within a remote team environment, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

* Proven experience in international relocation services, with a strong understanding of inbound and outbound processes. (Imports / Exports)

* Excellent client communication skills and ability to provide personalised support.

* Strong knowledge of international compliance and regulatory requirements.

* Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple service providers.

* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness to ensure optimal relocation outcomes.

* Ability to work independently in a remote setting while also collaborating with a wider global team
