We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, client-focused relocation and removals business specialising in office and commercial relocations across Glasgow and the surrounding region.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of their operations — ideal for an experienced warehouse or operations manager who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
You’ll take ownership of daily operational and warehouse activity, drive service excellence for major commercial clients, and act as deputy to the Head of Relocation Services — making this an excellent platform for someone with clear ambitions to step up.
The Role
- Lead all warehouse and operational activity across Glasgow, ensuring seamless delivery of office and commercial relocation projects.
- Manage storage, inventory, dispatch, and asset traceability to the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and diary management to meet fluctuating client demand across corporate accounts.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for key clients, ensuring service levels consistently exceed expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement in “white glove” service delivery — quality, flexibility, and client focus are non-negotiable.
