About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of an established international moving and relocation company with a strong European presence. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Move Coordinator to join their professional London-area team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a trusted service partner in the removals industry, supporting major relocation organizations across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ROAD import/export operations using company software systems
  • Prepare and control all necessary service documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in company systems and online calendars
  • Liaise closely with colleagues across multiple European offices and international agents
  • Provide customer support for customs documentation preparation and control
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to organize collections and deliveries
  • Manage customs operations through customs agents
  • Monitor and optimize costs and revenue

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency with standard IT tools and software
  • Strong teamwork abilities
  • Excellent decision-making skills, particularly under pressure
  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills
  • Ideally 2-3 years' experience in the removals/relocation sector

Desirable Skills:

  • Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian OR Spanish (advantageous but not essential)
