They are seeking a proactive and organised Assistant Branch Manager to support daily operations within the Leeds branch. This role involves overseeing moving crews, coordinating transportation and storage logistics, ensuring high-quality customer service, and supporting the branch manager with team leadership, compliance, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the removals, transportation, or logistics sector, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day branch operations. Supervise and coordinate removal teams, drivers, and logistics staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Plan, schedule, and dispatch vehicles and personnel for household, office, and commercial removals. Conduct site surveys and risk assessments for removal jobs when required.
