They are now looking for a Removals Admin to join their team, providing first-class customer service and ensuring every move is handled efficiently from start to finish. This role is perfect for a highly organised, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience. Previous experience in the removals or relocation industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout their relocation journey.
  • Understand customer needs and enhance their overall experience.
  • Maximise sales opportunities and confidently upsell relevant products and services.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately processed in line with company and legal standards.
  • Handle administrative enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards, working to KPIs and ensuring targets are met.
