We are seeking an experienced Move Manager to join a well-established and growing business on a fully remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in the moving industry who is looking for a flexible, part-time role while still working at a senior, professional level.
Responsibilities
- Managing moves from start to finish, delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Handling all international import/export documentation
- Using Moveman software to manage jobs efficiently
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations
- Resolving any issues quickly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in the moving industry (international experience preferred)
- Solid knowledge of import/export processes and documentation
- Proficiency with Moveman software (or similar industry systems)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do approach and the ability to work independently
