Are you a natural leader who brings energy, positivity, and a genuine passion for customer experience? Do you have a track record of motivating sales and service teams to deliver results? This could be the role for you.

We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, nationally recognised service business — one with real heritage, a strong brand, and a culture that genuinely puts the customer at the heart of everything it does.

The Role

This is a sales-biased leadership role with a customer service soul. You'll be managing a close-knit North West team — two Sales Estimators and a small group of on-site Move Managers — responsible for handling all moving enquiries across the region, from first contact through to completion. House moving is one of the most stressful events in a person's life. Your team takes that stress away. Your job is to make sure they're doing it brilliantly, consistently, and with genuine care — while hitting commercial targets and driving the business forward.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating a small, high-performing sales and customer service team
  • Driving pipeline performance and revenue through hands-on team management
  • Ensuring every customer touchpoint delivers an exceptional experience
  • Monitoring KPIs, identifying trends, and implementing improvements
  • Handling escalated queries and keeping service quality front and centre
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
  • Reporting on performance and collaborating with operational colleagues

What We're Looking For

Industry experience in removals isn't required — this is about the right person and the right personality. If you have led a team of coordinators, sales consultants, customer service or admin staff in any service-led environment, we want to hear from you.

You'll be:

  • Sales-driven, commercially sharp, and target-focused
  • A motivator — someone with a skip in their step who brings the best out of others
  • Customer-obsessed, with a genuine understanding of the customer journey
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and a strong communicator
  • Experienced using CRM systems and comfortable working with data and reporting

The Package

£40,000 basic salary
£4,000 car allowance
Quarterly performance bonus
Pension, employee assistance programme, staff discounts, and additional benefits
Real growth opportunity — this is a role with a future
