Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a boutique relocation service provider that is redefining the way corporate assignees are supported.
This young, ambitious business has already secured several long-term corporate accounts and is now looking for an experienced Relocation Coordinator with strong Destination Services (DSP) expertise to join their growing team.
Unlike modern-day \"tick box\" relocation firms, this organisation offers a truly personal, high-touch approach. Every assignee receives the full care, attention, and programme management they deserve – and you will play a pivotal role in delivering that experience.
This is a 100% home-based position within the UK, working closely with Directors and supported by back office, HR, and finance teams. You\'ll be treated as a valued member of a close-knit company and encouraged to treat the business as your own.
The successful candidate should, however, be willing to attend occasional client-facing meetings, whether virtually or in person. These would be infrequent and always scheduled with sufficient advance notice to allow for planning and preparation. (Ideally candidates will live within a realistic travelling distance of London).
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering end-to-end Destination Services (DSP) support for assignees, from initial briefing to successful settling-in.
- Personally conducting Home Search services for assignees – not just coordinating with third parties but directly carrying out property searches, viewings, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
Coordinating and delivering a full suite of relocation services, including:
- Move management & departure services
- Immigration support (in partnership with specialists)
- Home finding & temporary housing
- Education & schooling advice
- Settling-in services
- Pet relocation and other personalised services
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assignees, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience.
- Building long-term relationships with corporate accounts through exceptional service delivery.
- Working closely with Directors and colleagues to continuously enhance the client experience.
What We\'re Looking For
- Strong background in Destination Services (DSP) with proven hands-on Home Search delivery experience.
- Ability to manage multiple assignee programmes and complex needs.
- Passion for providing a high-end, personal service to clients.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently from home while remaining a committed team player.
What\'s on Offer
- Competitive salary £30,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
- Fully remote role – work from anywhere in the UK.
- Opportunity to join a young, ambitious, and growing organisation with a 30-year industry veteran at the helm.
- A chance to make a real impact on the lives of assignees during one of their most important career and life transitions.
- Supportive team culture where your ideas and input will be valued.
