As part of their continued growth, they are looking for aSales Executiveto join their team inHertfordshire. This role is ideal for aproactive and results-driven salespersonwho thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys a strong focus onfield sales and cold calling within a B2B setting.

While experience in theremovals or relocation industryis beneficial, it isnot essentialour client is open to candidates from other industries with a strong background insales, business development, and cold calling.

Acompetitive salaryis on offer, along with anattractive commission structure, which will be discussed in detail during the interview process.

This role is primarily focused oninternational removals and relocation services, with a strong emphasis oncorporate sales, building relationships with businesses, and providing tailored moving solutions to meet their global mobility needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and target potential B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and field sales.
  • Develop and nurture high-level business contacts to drive new opportunities and long-term relationships.
  • Convert leads into sales by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Maintain strong product and competitor awareness to maximise client engagement.
  • Provide an exceptional account management service, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience (Essential):

  • Proven experience in cold calling and field sales.
  • Strong ability to communicate professionally and persuasively at all levels.
  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and determined to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and take initiative to drive new business.
  • Confident in lead generation and developing new revenue streams.

Additional Skills & Knowledge:

  • Full understanding of the sales process.
  • Experience in B2B sales, with a track record of negotiating and closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities, leveraging both internal and external contacts.
  • Industry knowledge within removals or relocation is a plus but not essential.
