What you'll do
- Build relationships with software engineers, quants and technical leaders, and understand what they really want from their next move
- Deliver searches end to end for some of the most respected trading firms in the world
- Give honest advice. If a role isn't right for someone, you'll say so
What we're looking for
- Experience: recruitment, sales, banking or another client-facing role
- Curiosity about technology and how markets work. You don't need a finance background, but you do need to learn fast
- Resilience, and the habit of asking why until the story makes sense
