Property Manager

Location: Hereford & West Midlands

Relo is redefining the way tenants and landlords interact. We are building a better way for people to live, soci alise and succeed in life. We are the antithesis of traditional renting and of the perception people have of landlords and shared accommodation.

About Relo

At Relo, we don’t just offer another room for rent. We create communities where our tenants can meet new people, make new friends, have fun and feel connected, safe and supported by their home.

We provide all-inclusive, premium shared accommodation (HMOs) across prominent cities in the West Midlands, with a strong focus on community, quality, and experience. Our houses are designed to help people socialise, thrive, and genuinely enjoy where they live.

The rental industry can seem stuck in the stone ages with a poor reputation of how tenants are treated and the quality of accommodation provided by landlords. We want to create a world where tenants come first and people are astonished by the calibre of accommodation we provide.

At our heart, we are a small family run company driven by our values: building connections, transparency, flexibility and always putting our tenants first. We may be small but we have a big vision: continuingly improving the standard of the rental industry through innovation as a market leader and our ongoing mission of bringing landlords and tenants together to create the ultimate rental experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a Property Manager to join our growing team. As a Property Manager within Relo, you’ll be the heart of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our tenants are happy and our properties are running smoothly. If you’re passionate about property, love working with people, and want to be part of a small but dynamic company, this is the role for you!

This is a varied, high‑impact role offering flexibility, autonomy, and real responsibility and directly contribute to the tenants rental experience.

  • Welcoming new tenants into their homes and moving tenants out as they move on to new horizons
  • Compliance checks ensuring the safety of our tenants
  • Conducting inventories to ensure the quality is maintained throughout tenancies
  • Managing our team of contractors, cleaners and gardeners to keep everything in tip top order
  • Supporting a wide range of other operational tasks as required

You do not have to have any experience managing properties, we can teach you everything you need to succeed. What matters most is your attitude, drive to learn, and desire to deliver an outstanding experience.

Who You Are

  • Ruthlessly detailed. This role is deeply detailed. We need someone who prides themselves on detail in all aspects of their job and life.
  • Goes above and beyond. As a small company, you cannot just coast through. We need someone willing to go above and beyond, occasionally outside of their job description to get the job done, regardless of what that looks like or how long it takes.

  • Want to be challenged. We can promise we will push you to grow and deliver where you might not think you can or come up with different ideas to achieve a desired result.
  • Embraces Chaos. We cannot always promise it will be easy working at Relo but if you like turning chaos into order through creativity and helping forge your own way, you will fit right in.
