The Role
As a Consultant Residential Building Surveyor, working to RICS standards, you ll carry out Level 2 Home Buyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys using our smart tech, templates, and support systems.
You ll enjoy full autonomy while benefiting from:

What You ll Need
- Membership with RICS, CABE, CIOB, RPSA, or SAVA, or at least 1 year of proven experience in producing Level 2 & 3 Building Survey Reports
- A strong commitment to professional standards and client care
- A Basic DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Public liability and personal accident insurance (We provide PI Insurance)
- Availability for at least three weekdays per week
