Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and examinations.
- Diagnose and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and patient education.
- Manage a varied caseload including musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, spinal conditions, workplace injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and professional clinical records.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships that maximise patient engagement and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute positively to the culture, reputation, and continued success of the practice.
- Participate actively in mentoring sessions, clinical training, team meetings, and professional development activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC Registration.
- Strong musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
