We are seeking top Telesales Executives to join our rapidly expanding outbound team and assist charities in reducing energy costs, ensuring every penny saved is reinvested to make an even greater impact. Working hours: 9 am-5 pm Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 4 pm Friday. NO weekends and NO bank holidays. Office-based.
The key role responsibilities of the Telesales Executive will include:
- Outbound calling to an existing database of over 200,000 potential charity customers, gathering sales intelligence, handling objections & pitching USPs in order to encourage the customer to engage with us
- Managing your own workload & build a pipeline via KPIs (Key performance indicators)
About you:
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently, self-sufficiently & be able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written skills of negotiation
- Resilient, ambitious & target driven
- Previous experience in either energy or B2B sales is preferred but not essential as training is provided; a background in customer services or any sales environment.
