The Business Development and Partnership Manager Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Partnership Business Development Manager to help grow and strengthen the organisations partnership channel. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands the charity and non-profit sector, has an established network within the space, and is passionate about building meaningful partnerships that deliver long-term impact. As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and developing strategic partnerships across the charity and non-profit sector. Working closely with the Partnership and Sales teams, you will drive sustainable growth, create new opportunities, and strengthen existing relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a partnership growth strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities within the charity and non-profit sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with charities, non-profits, community organisations, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and onboarding.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including partnerships, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership.
  • Represent the organisation at networking events, conferences, and sector meetings.
  • Monitor market trends and sector developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and partnership activity reporting.

About You
