This is a fabulous opportunity for an individual to work with a professional quality driven care business that provides Live-In Care across the South Cotswolds and down into Avon & Somerset. This values driven care provider is focused on giving clients the freedom to choose their care, enhancing independence allowing them to stay in their own home.
The key purpose of this role is to deliver a high level of customer care to both client and carer through positive and proactive engagement as well as growing the service with full support from the Senior Leadership Team. As a Live In Care Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Live-In care to clients, from the point of care package start-up to ongoing management of staffing and care needs.
This is a field-based role where you will be assessing the needs of new clients prior to the start of care, supporting the line management of the care staff through regular supervisions and appraisals, reviewing the service and resolving placement concerns.
For this role, we are looking for someone with previous Live-In care experience, who is naturally motivated, commercially minded and has the credibility and gravitas to work closely with families and clients to promote the highest standards of care and service. Please note that this is a regional role with travel but also will involve some office and home working.

- Promoting the brand culture and values
- Ensure full compliance with internal and external policies, procedures and standards.
- Partnership working with the quality assurance team to ensure levels of quality
- Responsible for carer retention and stability
- Ensure effective budget control
- Deliver robust risk assessment and comprehensive care planning for all clients
Key Skills:
- Prior experience across Live-In Care
- Confident to undertake meetings with new clients and families
- Experience of staff supervision
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and other relevant legislation within the homecare sector
- A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in order to drive the company forward
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
- A warm and approachable personality who works well within a close-knit team environment.
