This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). Relient Health is seeking licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across New Hampshire. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN). Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.
Current COTA openings available in: Laconia, Lebanon, Peterborough, and additional New Hampshire markets.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting
- Assist patients with ADLs, functional skills, safety, and independence
- Document patient care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
- Collaborate with OTs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
- Active New Hampshire COTA license, or eligibility/pending licensure
- Ability to work full-time in one of the listed New Hampshire markets
- Authorized to work in the United States
