Relient Health is currently seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Brighton, MA. This opening is for a full-time, direct-hire leadership opportunity for a seasoned therapy professional with proven experience in managing rehabilitation operations in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Qualifications
- Active PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP-CCC license in MA

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards
