We are looking for a UX Designer to join us in continuing to build our AI powered security operations platform, GreyMatter. We want a thoughtful, excited designer who is a self-starter and will take ownership of the work they do. You will work with the UX team as well as Product Managers to shape GreyMatter while educating others about design best practices. This is a unique opportunity to tackle tough design problems that come with designing a world-class user experience. Above all else, this role will allow you to work and learn from some of the most talented people in the business as well as have a direct contribution to the growth and success of ReliaQuest.
The everyday hustle:
- Meeting with customers to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and aspirations. You'll be the voice of the user, uncovering insights that shape the foundation of our products. This can be through interviews, usability testing, or analysing feedback.
- Collaborating with product managers and developers, and other stakeholders, advocating for the best possible user experience. You are bridging the gap between user needs and technical feasibility.
- Illustrate and iterate on design ideas through storyboards, sketches, and prototypes. You'll have the freedom to experiment, refine, and perfect your designs. From brainstorming sessions to testing prototypes with users, you'll play a key role in shaping the vision of our products and ensuring they meet real-world needs.
- Designing wireframes and high-fidelity user interfaces, you'll be at the forefront of creating designs that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional. You'll dive into the details, ensuring every interaction and visual element aligns with our brand and enhances the user journey.
Do you have what it takes:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects ideally in AI/LLMs
- Passion for designing solutions to hard, technical problems
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
