The everyday hustle:

  • Prepare customer invoices, statements and payment reminders
  • Assist with customer collections and prioritize collection efforts
  • Record payments received
  • Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and prompt payment
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure timely payments
  • Perform monthly close tasks
  • Prepare financial information for managementAssist in preparing documentation for the annual financial auditsProvide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to accounts receivable

  • 0-2 years’ experience related to accounts receivable processes
  • Bachelor\’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • High attention to detail and well organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficient in other Microsoft core applications
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment
