What We Offer: * Competitive Salary: £42,000 per year * Weekend Rates: £110 (dual install), £70 (single install) * Quarterly Bonus: £500 + £25 per installation after the 5th * Standby Pay: £245 + higher rate if called out * Optional Overtime Available * Career Progression: Opportunities to advance into Compliance & EV roles * 33 Days Holiday (including bank holidays) Key Responsibilities: * Installing and maintaining smart meters in domestic and commercial properties * Ensuring all work meets industry safety and quality standards * Delivering excellent customer service and representing the company professionally * Accurately recording and reporting installation data * Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as required Requirements: * Minimum MOCOPA certification (preferable) * Experience installing single-phase and three-phase meters * Strong technical skills with a safety-first approach * Full UK Driving Licence * Excellent customer service and communication skills
