Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program
- Proficient in clinical documentation and basic internet skills
- Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Summary: Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients, adhering to occupational therapy principles, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Responsibilities include delivering quality patient care, supervising Rehab Techs when required, and managing cases effectively. Maintain professionalism and represent Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to quality and service.
Essential Duties:
- Assist in optimizing patients\’ functional abilities under OT supervision
- Develop a strong occupational therapy assistant program
- Enhance clinical and management skills through interaction and continuing education
- Maintain valid state license and stay informed on relevant issues
- Understand billing, treatment guidelines, and appropriate delivery methods
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively in English in all professional interactions
