Our Organisation: Reliance Social Housing C.I.C (RSH) is a not-for-profit registered provider of social housing. Registered in 2018, Reliance has expanded and innovated, providing both temporary and general needs accommodation.
The Role: A successful candidate will manage a portfolio of properties within our databases and notify providers of mandatory updates. You will also effectively prepare and submit documentation for all pending properties to BCC in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create submission paperwork which will be relayed to relevant local authority.
- Oversee and manage all stages of stock transfer in allocated timeframe.
- Ensure all work is quality checked and internal database is updated.
- Replace cover if any other Case Handler is away due to emergency leave/sickness/annual leave.
- Report KPIs and issues to direct manager.
- Book properties for inspection.
- Chase providers for outstanding documents.
- Update procedures according to external agency requests.
Person Specification: We are looking for a hardworking and confidential team player who can grow in this role. You are likely to have the following key attributes:
- Attention to detail combined with the ability to communicate accurately and clearly.
- Good understanding and practical working knowledge of different IT platforms.
- Motivated team player with good interpersonal skills critical in a ‘people’ business.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Experience:
- Data entry (1 year preferred)
- Administrative skills (1 year preferred)
- Social housing and relevant regulations (preferred)
