Job Description: As the Business Development Director for Infrastructure and Security Services, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strategic relationships with clients in the UK and international markets. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base and ensuring revenue targets are met. You will lead a high-performing sales team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Infrastructure and Security Services, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients, including C-level executives, CISO, IT Directors, and Security Heads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, understanding their business challenges and positioning our services as solutions.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:
