Working in Small Works and alongside the project coordinators and installation engineers to deliver small works projects in the midlands and north.

The working area extends from Northampton to the tip of Scotland and across to Northern Ireland.

Maintain effective relationships with all parties, including internal and external stakeholders to assist in the profitable delivery of small works jobs.

The role may require overnight stays away from home where necessary and extensive travel for site visits and meeting where necessary.

You will be working within a motivated and target driven team who work together to deliver the best security solution based on our client’s requirements to the highest standards possible while focusing on teamwork and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • To deliver small works projects for our customers based on the solution that you have proposed based on the customer’s needs and your expertise in the industry.
  • Working alongside the small works coordinators and install engineers, you are responsible for the successful and profitable delivery of small works projects ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will ensure the projects are installed and delivered to the highest standards and the correct compliance level with the most effective and efficient delivery model.

  • You will be keen to learn and develop your skills so that small works can offer an end-to-end solution to our customers specific requirements.
  • A good knowledge of second line engineering support on Access Control, CCTV, Intercom and Intruder Alarms system design will be a distinct advantage.
  • A positive attitude and outlook, with a determination to succeed is the corner stone of the small works team and will be an attribute you will need to share and display.
  • Maintain effective relationships with all parties, including client stakeholders at all levels, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors, to assist in the profitable running of existing contracts and the servicing of future contracts.
