Your Role
- Deliver a Planned Preventative Maintenance program across a multi-site contract.
- Provide technical expertise in fault finding & PPM on CCTV, Access control, IDS, intercoms, PIDS and security doors.
- Provide clear communications to the client and the Reliance service desk making sure all faults are logged and clearly described.
- Updating of dockets, PPM checklists, and any operation spares that are present on-site.
- Participate in team meetings and actively contribute towards the business’ activities.
- Strive to maximize personal development and performance and take active part in performance reviews and personal development plans.
- Maintain up to date technical knowledge through internal and external training provision.
- Operate according to the requirements of business-specific applications and processes and the broad application environments (e.g., order submission, stock control, timesheet submission, job closing, etc.).

- Health and Safety working knowledge of TCP/IP and other network fundamentals of UFE's (Unified Front End).

- PIDS – Southwest Microwave.
- Doors – Surelock Mcgill.
- ACS – Lenel OnGuard & S2.
- Intruder – Honeywell / Texecom.
- Intercom - Commend.
