We are on the lookout for a Full Stack DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. Supported by cross-team resources and a trusted third-party software development agency, you will be a core part of our Innovation and Research Cell, helping to build the next evolution of our business. This is a dynamic, mid-level technical role bridging full-stack development, CI/CD pipeline management, infrastructure deployment, and occasional work with AI agents. It is the perfect fit for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants a hands-on position that extends beyond a traditional, 100% coding-focused software engineering role.
You’ll contribute to both front-end and back-end development, build integrations, automations, APIs, and background jobs to streamline operations, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. You’ll also collaborate with our AI Engineer on deploying updates to AI-driven solutions, ensure systems are patched and secure, and occasionally support customers directly by diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Skills: js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python, with experience delivering full stack solutions.
- Proven deployment experience: maintaining reliable, error-free releases through CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on automation skills: with a track record of reducing manual workload through APIs, webhooks, background jobs, and system integrations.
- Collaborative approach: building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail: ensuring all code and deployments meet high-quality and production standards.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to attend our London (Southwark) office at least fortnightly, with additional visits required for key meetings and events. We offer a flexible and supportive environment and are interested to hear from people who are keen to continue on that journey with us! We offer a generous benefits package and competitive salary.
