Role Description

The Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Congleton.

The EHS Manager will develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures in line with regulatory and company standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, overseeing workplace inspections, monitoring compliance, and leading incident and accident investigations.

The role will also involve designing and delivering EHS training programs, maintaining accurate safety records and reports, and coordinating with operational leaders to embed best practices.

The EHS Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in safety performance and environmental stewardship.
