Reliable Recruit are looking to recruit a Production Operatives for Temp to Perm position working at our clients site in Altham.
The work will involve:
- Overseeing a small team
- Assigning tasks, arranging training, addressing employee concerns, absences or lates
- Setting & operating machines
- Minding machines and Production output
- Quality checking products
- End of line packing
- Heavy lifting involved
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working to ensure raw materials are available and production schedules are met
- Reporting any Machine breakdowns
- Promote Safety and Compliance
Shifts Available Currently:
- 06:00-18:00 - Fri-Sun - £17.95 p/h - 36 Hours
- 18:00-06:00 - Fri-Sun - £18.74 p/h - 36 Hours
Essential Skills/Experience Needed:
- Previous experience in Manufacturing, Machine Operating and Machine Setting
- Team Leader or Supervisor experience essential
