The work will involve: Overseeing a small team Assigning tasks, arranging training, addressing employee concerns, absences or lates Setting & operating machines Minding machines and Production output Quality checking products End of line packing Heavy lifting involved Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working to ensure raw materials are available and production schedules are met Reporting any Machine breakdowns Promote Safety and Compliance Shifts Available Currently: 06:00-18:00 - Fri-Sun - £17.95 p/h - 36 Hours 18:00-06:00 - Fri-Sun - £18.74 p/h - 36 Hours Essential Skills/Experience Needed: Previous experience in Manufacturing, Machine Operating and Machine Setting Team Leader or Supervisor experience essential Assembly Experience preferred Quality checking Attention to detail Candidates need to be physically fit due to the role and the products Candidates need to be flexible in changing shifts from time to time to provide cover If you are interested in this role please apply with an updated CV.
