Reliable Recruit are looking to recruit a Production Operative for a long term role at our clients site in Middleton
The work will involve
- Setting & operating Machines
- Machine Minding
- Manual Production Duties
- Working to drawings and designs
- Measuring and Cutting materials
- Quality Inspection
- Record Production Data
- Packing, Labelling and other Despatch work
- General Housekeeping Duties
The working times and pay are
- 40 hours per week after breaks
- 06:30-17:00
- Monday to Thursday
- £13.50 p/h initially
- Pay increase after 12 working weeks to £14.50 p/h
- Temp to perm role for suitable candidates
Essential Skills/Experience Needed
- Manufacturing experience is essential to this role
- Previous experience with Machine Operating and preferably setting
- Quality checking
- Attention to detail
- Need to be able to measure materials accurately, read and write in English and have good numerical skills
- Candidates need to be physically fit for a standing role with some heavy lifting
