Job Description

Reliable Recruit are hiring for a Class 2 HGV Driver for our client in the Bury area on a Temp to Perm basis

The work will involve:

\n

    \n
  • Delivering Goods to businesses in a Class 2 HGV Vehicle throughout the North West, North Wales and Yorkshire
  • \n

  • 5-10 drops a day accross dependant on route
  • \n

  • Daily Driver Checks
  • \n

  • Completing Paperwork
  • \n

  • Some heavy lifting involved in loading/unloading goods at some sites
  • \n

  • Returning used materials
  • \n

  • Providing a professional service

Working Times and Pay:

\n

  • Roughly 07:00 starts
  • \n

  • Monday to Friday
  • \n

  • £14.00 p/h initially, reviewed after time with the business
  • \n

  • Annual pay reviews
  • \n

  • Bonus available for return of used materials
  • \n

  • 45 hours a week guaranteed
  • \n

  • No more than 45 hours p/w over a 17 week period
  • \n

  • Breaks Paid
  • \n

  • Job and Finish working arrangement
  • \n

  • 12 week temp to perm role
  • \n

  • Payments to support Training, Eye Tests, Medicals

Skills/Qualifications Needed:

  • Minimum 12 Months Class 2 HGV experience

  • No more than 6 points due to insurance
  • \n

  • In date CPC, Digi-Tacho and Class 2 HGV Licence
  • \n

  • Candidates need to be physically fit as there are manual duties involved
