Reliable Recruit are looking to recruit a Production Operative for a Temp to Perm position working at our clients site in Oldham.
The work will involve
- Setting & Operating Machines
- Minding machines
- Quality Checking during Production
- Reporting any defects
- End of line Packing/Wrapping
- Manually moving finished goods with pallet trucks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
The working times and pay are
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00-14:00 (06:00-11:00 Friday) / 14:00-22:00 (11:00-16:00 Friday)
- Weekly Rotating Shift Pattern
- £15.50 p/h initially
- Pay increase upon going perm to £16.50 p/h
- 37.5 Hours Per Week
- Breaks Paid
- Overtime available and paid at x 1.5 midweek and x 2 on weekends
- Temp to perm role for suitable candidates
Essential Skills/Experience Needed
- Previous experience in Manufacturing essential
- Machine Operating experience essential and demonstrated on CV
- Quality checking
- Attention to detail
- Candidates need to be physically fit for a manual role with some heavy lifting
