Reliable Recruit are currently seeking a 7.5 Tonne Driver for one of our clients based in the Bury area.
Duties involved:
- Delivering to customers in both a 7.5 Tonne and 3.5 Tonne Vehicle
- This is a dual role, with a mix of delivery driving and warehouse support
- Driving can be anything from half to all of your working day
- Loading your van with customer orders
- Delivering to local customers, normally 1-3 drops a day
- Delivering across Greater Manchester and Yorkshire
- Helping in the warehouse when not on the road: loading/unloading trucks, picking and moving stock, unloading containers, etc.
Working Times & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
- Every other Saturday: 08:00 - 13:30
- 42.5 Hours per week paid roughly £14.50 p/h initially
- 12 week Temp to Perm role
Requirements:
- No more than 6 points on your license (Insurance Purposes)
- Previous 7.5 Tonne Delivery Driving Experience Essential
- Candidates need to be physically fit for manual handling on the road and in the warehouse
