Reliable Recruit are looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor on a night shift based at our clients site in Glossop. Interested in this role? You can find all the relevant information in the description below.
The work will involve:
- Leading Warehouse Staff including full-time, part-time and agency staff
- Managing and being hands on in a Warehousing environment, involving Goods in and Goods out, storage, movement of materials, receipt of raw materials
- Coaching and developing colleagues
- Managing Training, absences, KPI's, Holding 1-2-1's
- Overseeing Maintenance of equipment on site
- Securing site at the start and end of shift where needed
- Overseeing inventory counts
- Bringing new ideas for continuous business development
- Housekeeping and ensuring compliance to H&S
The working times and pay:
- Sunday to Thursday
- 22:00-06:30
- Flexibility to work additional hours in peak period
- £32,200 - 36,800 per annum
- Permanent Role
- Various benefits
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Candidates will ideally have experience in yard work, recycling or warehouse work as a minimum
- Candidates need to be physically fit due to the nature of the role and the products as well as for the heavy lifting involved with the role
