Reliable Recruit are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator for a Temp to Perm position working at our client’s site in Bury.

The work will involve:

  • Processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and queries
  • Providing information on product availability, lead times and pricing
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless service
  • Maintaining accurate records and administration
  • Participating in continuous improvement of processes and service delivery
  • General admin duties as required

The working times and pay are:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:30-17:00
  • £28-30K Per annum DOE
  • Permanent Role

Skills/Experience Needed:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration or coordination role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good CRM experience
  • Orderwise experience an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
