Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6 sales professionals.
  • Senior people management role.
  • Manage National Builders Merchants accounts.
  • Manage Merchant Buying Groups.
  • Manage the Wickes account.

Qualifications

  • People management experience essential.
  • Prior experience managing a sales team.
  • Must have managed at least one major Builders Merchant account (e.g., Travis Perkins, Jewson, Huws Gray, MKM).
  • Exposure to merchant buying groups is advantageous.
  • Ideally based in the Midlands area.
